This policy explains what information MotoDisk collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain so shop owners can actually read it.
We collect information you give us and information created as you use MotoDisk to run your shop.
• Account details — your name, shop name, email, and phone number.
• Business data you enter — products, inventory, sales, job orders, and customer records.
• Usage data — how you use the app, device type, and log information.
• Payment details — billing information processed securely by our payment partners.
We use your information only to run and improve the service you pay for.
• Provide the POS, inventory, job order, and reporting features.
• Sync your data across devices and back it up safely.
• Send service updates, receipts, and support responses.
• Improve MotoDisk and develop new features for shops.
The products, sales, and customer records you enter belong to you. We do not sell your business data, and we do not share it with other shops. We process it only to deliver the service.
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as cloud hosting, SMS delivery, and payment processing — under strict confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by Philippine law.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically, and protected by role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your shop’s data safe.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep records longer.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within the timeframes the law requires.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
