By creating an account or using MotoDisk, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Ifyou are using MotoDisk on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the actions of staff accounts you create.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
MotoDisk is offered on monthly and annual subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance and are shownin Philippine Pesos.
• Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; changes apply on the next billing cycle.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.
You agree to use MotoDisk lawfully and not to misuse the service.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not use MotoDisk to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into MotoDisk. You grant us a limited license tohost and process that data solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described inthe Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability and back up your data regularly, but we do not guarantee the service will beuninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and will give notice of significant planneddowntime where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotoDisk is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect orconsequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before theclaim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms orfail to pay. On termination you can export your data for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We may update these termsfrom time to time and will notify you of significant changes before they take effect.
